LAS VEGAS – Misha Ray has joined Kaempfer Crowell as an Associate Attorney in the Government Affairs Department of our Las Vegas office.  Misha primarily focuses her practice in the areas of government affairs, land use and zoning, and real estate matters.  Misha earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno. While an undergraduate student, Misha worked as an intern for Sen. Harry Reid, and the Bureau of Land Management. Misha went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, where she graduated with Highest Pro Bono Honors.

In law school, Misha was a member of the Nevada Law Journal, and the Society of Advocates moot court team and served as a student attorney for the Public Policy Clinic. Misha also spent one summer studying international law and human rights in The Hague with Duke University.

Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Misha worked as a law clerk for the Hon. Linda Marie Bell in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Prior to becoming an attorney, Misha enjoyed nearly a decade-long career in marketing and public relations, primarily with prominent Southern Nevada nonprofit organizations, including The Mob Museum, Communities In Schools of Nevada, and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
