Douglas R. Malan has many years of experience handling real estate matters, including a broad range of representing commercial and residential developers, land assemblers and commercial landlords and tenants. Doug’s practice includes negotiating and documenting complex purchase and sale transactions, forming and preparing governing documents for residential home owner’s associations and commercial office parks and related agreements. Additionally, Doug handles general small business representation, including corporation and LLC formation and governance, purchase and sale, and franchises.
