RENO – August Hotchkin has joined Kaempfer Crowell as Of Counsel in the Litigation Department of the Reno office. Mr. Hotchkin earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from University of California Santa Cruz and his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Hotchkin practices throughout Northern Nevada and Northern California primarily in the areas of general and commercial litigation, representing individuals, corporate entities, partnerships, companies and other businesses in a variety of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Mr. Hotchkin was a partner at a multi-state civil defense firm where he represented the interests of insureds in a variety of legal matters, including but not limited to, personal injury, wrongful death, toxic torts, construction defect, multi-jurisdiction litigation, products liability, contract disputes, real estate disputes and subrogation matters.
