LAS VEGAS – Douglas R. Malan has joined Kaempfer Crowell as Of Counsel. Doug will primarily practice in the areas of real estate and business law. Doug earned his Juris Doctor in 1985 from the University of Utah, College of Law. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 1985 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1990.

Doug brings over 30 years of experience in transactions, formation of corporations and lease negotiations. He also handles general small business representation, including corporation and LLC formation and governance, purchase and sale, and franchises.
