LAS VEGAS – Elisabeth Delk, an associate with Kaempfer Crowell, was successful in obtaining entitlements for an assisted living and memory care facility located near Washington Avenue and Los Feliz Street, which is a residential area with a land use designation of Rural Neighborhood Preservation. Liz worked on behalf of her client, Pleasant View Partners, LLC, for approximately ten months to address concerns raised by the residents. The Assisted Living and Memory Care facility will have 112 beds. The project investment will be $14 million and is expected to commence construction in June, 2018.
