LAS VEGAS – Elisabeth E. Delk has joined Kaempfer Crowell as an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of government affairs, land use and zoning, licensing, litigation and real estate matters. Elisabeth earned her Bachelors of Arts from the University of Nevada Reno and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2016. While in law school, Elisabeth served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, U.S. District Judge for the Central District of California.

Elisabeth represents local and national developers, home builders and individuals on land use and zoning matters in Nevada. She regularly appears at board meetings representing clients and gaining approvals for developments of residential, mixed-use, commercial, and industrial uses. In addition to land use related matters, she represents clients on other litigation and real estate related matters such as contract disputes, lease negotiations and drafting and purchase and sale agreements.
