LAS VEGAS – Rory Robinson has joined Kaempfer Crowell as Of Counsel in the firm’s Transactional Department. Rory’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, business and secured transactions. Rory is experienced in various aspects of real estate development, including purchase and sale transactions, construction and development agreements, leasing and project financing. She also represents clients from wide-ranging industries in the formation, acquisition and sale of businesses.
Prior to joining the firm, Rory worked in the City Attorney’s Office of the City of Henderson, Nevada. She represented the City in development-related matters, including negotiating agreements with private developers for economic development and redevelopment projects.
