LAS VEGAS – Mayor Carolyn Goodman declared October 7, 2022 as “Honorary Consul of Germany, Ryan Lower Day,” and the Las Vegas Philharmonic League honored him at their Oktoberfest Gala for his service as Honorary Consul and his support for the Arts in Las Vegas. The 2022 Oktoberfest Gala included a silent auction and a celebration of German food and music. The proceeds from the Gala help fund the Youth Concerts and Youth Education programs of the Las Vegas Philharmonic League.
