LAS VEGAS – Attorneys Tony Celeste and Jennifer Lazovich successfully represented an application to build a new resort hotel on Las Vegas Boulevard near Russell Road.   The Clark County Board of County Commission voted to approve the request to expand the Gaming Enterprise District and to allow a new 234 foot tall resort hotel next to the Las Vegas airport. Mr. Celeste and Ms. Lazovich worked closely with the Department of Aviation to address technical and security related concerns prior to the hearing on October 6, 2021.  The resort hotel will be branded as the Dream and be the first resort hotel constructed south of Tropicana in many years.
