Practice Highlights:

Briana is a native Nevadan, and her legal practice covers a wide range of areas, including business and real estate transactions, privileged licensing, and estate planning. She is experienced in negotiating and documenting purchase and sale transactions, as well as forming governing documents for residential homeowner’s associations, commercial office parks, and retail centers.

Briana also provides legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses on a variety of issues.

She is particularly skilled in helping clients navigate Nevada’s intricate regulatory landscape when it comes to cannabis licensing. Briana assists cannabis companies with multijurisdictional licensing requirements and regularly represents clients in front of regulatory agencies, such as the Cannabis Compliance Board.

Before joining Kaempfer Crowell, Briana gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Joseph Hardy Jr. at the Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada. During her time as a clerk, she worked on a wide range of civil and criminal cases, gaining valuable insights and experience in the legal field.

Briana is the President of the Nevada Latino Bar Association.  Briana is a mentor with the Huellas mentoring program through La Voz.
