Practice Highlights:
Although born in Utah, Brittney was raised in Nevada and has close ties to the Las Vegas community. Brittney attended College of Southern Nevada where she graduated with her Associate of Arts Degree in 2015. She then went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2017 and her Juris Doctor in December 2020 from the William S. Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Brittney was a member of the Society of Advocates Moot Court Team and an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Stefany A. Miley of the Eighth Judicial District Court where she prepared bench briefs for both civil and criminal matters. In her final semester of law school, she was a legal extern for the Criminal Division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office.
Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Brittney clerked and was briefly an associate for a family law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, she assisted Clark County families in their divorce and custody needs.
