Practice Highlights:
Travis Studdard is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses primarily on federal and state civil rights actions. He also practices bankruptcy and landlord-tenant law.
Before joining Kaempfer Crowell, he attended the William S. Boyd School of Law. After graduating, Travis served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deborah L. Westbrook of the Nevada Court of Appeals. He then served a second clerkship for the Honorable Joe Hardy, Jr. in Clark County District Court.
Community:
Travis grew up in Las Vegas, NV and Ogden, UT. He moved back to Las Vegas to attend UNLV. Later, while serving as an auditor for the Nevada Gaming Control Board, Travis returned to UNLV for its part-time J.D. Program. During law school he assisted as a student advocate in the Partners in Pro Bono Program and at the Thomas & Mack Legal Clinic. Travis continues to volunteer for pro bono work as an attorney.
Travis is a current member of the Clark County Bar Association. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two sons.
