Practice Highlights:
Ivana is an attorney in the Firm’s Transactional Department and focuses her practice on business, corporate, commercial real estate, and finance transactions. She also works on matters involving intellectual property and is growing her practice in that area. Ivana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and her Juris Doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, she served as Managing Editor for the Corporate and Business Law Journal, Director of Public Affairs for the Diverse Students Coalition, and was a Diversity Legal Writing Program Scholar. She interned with several law firms in the Phoenix area, as well as with U-Haul’s legal department, where she worked on data privacy and cybersecurity law issues.

Ivana is a member of the Internet, E-Commerce, and Technology Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
