A native Nevadan, Owen’s practice focuses on business and real estate transactions, including entity formation, real property and business sales and acquisitions, financing issues and privileged licensing. Owen has represented purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and homeowners in a variety of business and real estate matters, and continues to represent Nevada merchants with respect to privileged licensing issues.
