BRIANA MARTINEZ JOINS KAEMPFER CROWELL
AS AN ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
LAS VEGAS – Briana Martinez has joined Kaempfer Crowell as an Associate Attorney in our Las Vegas Office. Briana is an attorney in the Transactional Department of the Firm. Briana earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor in 2018 from William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas. While in law school, Briana served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gloria Navarro in the United States District Court for the District of Nevada where she was able to help in both criminal and civil matters. She was also the Janet D. Steiger Fellow for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection where she was able to help with violations of Nevada consumer protection and antitrust laws. In addition, Briana was a business editor of the Nevada Law Journal; a student attorney and advocate with the UNLV Immigration Clinic; and served as the President of La Voz, the Hispanic/Latino Law Student Association.
Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Briana clerked for the Honorable Joseph Hardy Jr., Eighth Judicial District Court in Nevada. While working as a law clerk, Briana was involved in various civil and criminal matters pending before the court.
Briana is the Vice President of Communications of the Latino Bar Association and a Member at Large of the Boyd Law Alumni Chapter. Briana is a mentor with the Huellas mentoring program through La Voz. She also volunteers as a judge for competitions at the William S. Boyd School of Law.
