LAS VEGAS – Bob Gronauer and Stephanie Allen Successfully Negotiate Two Development Agreements That Cover 3,600 Acres.
Bob Gronauer and Stephanie Allen successfully negotiated and received approval of a development agreement in the City of Las Vegas for the Master Planned Community known as Skye Canyon comprising approximately 1,600 acres of undeveloped land located west and east of US-95 between Grand Teton Drive and Moccasin Road. The Master Planned Community is located at the base of Kyle Canyon with 9,000 residential units approved, a newly constructed Skye Canyon Recreation Center at the heart of the community, ample parks and trails planned, a gaming site approved, new commercial sites planned, new school sites reserved and a fire station planned. Negotiations are underway for an Active Adult Community within Skye Canyon as well.
Bob Gronauer and Stephanie Allen also successfully negotiated and received approval of a development agreement in the City of North Las Vegas for the Master Planned Community known as The Villages at Tule Springs comprising approximately 2,000 acres of undeveloped land both north and south of the 215 Beltway between Clayton Street and Losee Road. The Villages at Tule Springs will be located just south of the Tule Springs National Monument and consist of 8,683 residential homes approved, of which 2,000 residential homes are planned to be part of an Active Adult Community. In addition to new homes, there will be a gaming site, commercial and mixed use sites, two new school sites, a police station, a fire station, a 35-acre regional park, neighborhood parks and trails.
