LAS VEGAS — Representing FORE Property, attorneys Bob Gronauer and Elisabeth Olson successfully obtained approval from the Board of County Commissioners for a new mixed-use development along Clark County’s Spring Mountain corridor. Their close work with Clark County and FORE throughout the entitlement process helped advance a project that will bring new housing and commercial space to the Chinatown area, contributing to the area’s continued growth and revitalization.
In collaboration with Perlman Architects, FORE Property is bringing to life the contemporary community on a 10.5-acre site. The development will feature approximately 380 luxury apartments and 32,600 square feet of ground-floor retail. Designed with community and lifestyle in mind, the project will include amenities such as a 14,000-square-foot clubhouse, two sky lounges, a yoga studio, a salt room, and courtyards. Residential units will be integrated above and around the retail spaces. Demolition of existing structures is expected to begin soon, with construction projected to start by Fall 2025.
