LAS VEGAS, January 15, 2026Managing Partner Bob Gronauer was featured on KCLV Channel 2 during the Access City Council segment on City of Las Vegas TV, where he discussed plans for the upcoming Monument Hills master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Bob was joined by Ward 6 City Councilwoman Nancy Brune and Maggie Plaster, Director of Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs to spotlight this transformative project and highlight the positive, lasting impact it will have on the community and its residents.

Bob represents Olympia Development in the planning of Monument Hills, a mixed-use master-planned community that will feature 6,000 residential housing units alongside commercial and recreational spaces. A key feature of the development is a 120-acre regional park, that will include walking trails, playgrounds, a dog park, an amphitheater, and wide open areas for community gatherings and events.

One of the project’s main priorities is meeting the demand for military housing. Approximately 350 homes are planned to support personnel from Creech Air Force Base in Indian Springs and Nellis Air Force Base, addressing the area’s growing need for housing for military families.
