LAS VEGAS – Tony Celeste, a partner with Kaempfer Crowell, recently obtained approval from the Clark County Board of County Commission for a 220 unit single-family residential development on behalf of Lennar Homes. The project is located near Hollywood Boulevard and Vegas Valley Drive and will be developed on approximately 32 acres. Tony successfully negotiated and drafted drainage easements with an adjacent property owner and he also worked with Southern Nevada Water Authority to lower a 96″ water line that is presently constructed above grade on Hollywood Boulevard. The lowering of the water line will allow the widening of Hollywood Boulevard and improve the traffic circulation. Lennar anticipates commencing construction in approximately 12 to 18 months with home sales beginning in 2020.
