Practice Highlights:

Destiny is an attorney in the Firm’s Litigation Department whose practice focuses on premises liability and civil litigation. Destiny represents clients throughout all stages of litigation, with experience in case evaluation, legal research, discovery, motion practice, and written advocacy.  In addition to Destiny’s previous work in personal injury defense, Destiny has experience with appellate briefing and legal research, bringing a strong analytical and writing-focused approach to complex legal issues.

Destiny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno and her Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where she graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif. Destiny was also recognized as a member of the Dean’s Honor List. While in law school, Destiny was an editor on the Pacific Law Journal, externed at the California Third District Court of Appeals for the Honorable Justice Ronald B. Robie, and participated in the Anthony M. Kennedy Inns of Court.
