Practice Highlights:
A native Nevadan, Sagan Gronauer focuses his practice in litigation, land use and zoning, and government affairs. He represents businesses, developers, homebuilders and individuals in legal matters involving commercial interests, property and development throughout the state.
Sagan’s litigation experience includes defending corporate clients in premises liability disputes involving allegedly unsafe property conditions. He also works with clients on land development projects, zoning matters and governmental approvals, helping them navigate the legal and regulatory considerations involved in bringing projects forward. His Nevada roots and familiarity with local government processes bring valuable perspective to clients navigating the state’s regulatory landscape.
Sagan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, General Business from Idaho State University. During his time at Idaho State University, Sagan played quarterback for the university’s football team. Sagan earned his Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV graduating cum laude.
