Practice Highlights:

Sally Larson is an associate attorney on the Transactional Law Team, where she advises businesses, investors, and property owners on corporate, real estate, and land use matters. Her practice covers the full range of deal work, from negotiating purchase and sale agreements to structuring commercial leases and business acquisitions.

Before joining Kaempfer Crowell, Sally practiced at a business and real estate law firm in Portland, Oregon, where she worked primarily on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. She has represented clients on both sides of business transactions, handling acquisitions, dispositions, and secured financing matters.

Sally also has particular experience with community governance work, having formed and organized homeowners’ associations, including drafting CC&Rs, bylaws, and other governing documents. She regularly advises clients on conditional use permit applications and privileged licensing matters as well.

Sally is licensed to practice law in Oregon and Nevada.

Community:

Sally is active in her community and provides pro-bono legal services. She is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the Multnomah County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada’s Business Law and Real Property Sections, the Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, the Oregon State Bar, and the Northern Nevada Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
