LAS VEGAS – Elva Castañeda has joined Kaempfer Crowell as an Associate Attorney in the Administrative Law Department of our Las Vegas office. Elva focuses her practice in the areas of administrative and regulatory law, cannabis, gaming, and privileged licenses.
Elva earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law with a concentration in Health Law. While in law school, Elva served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez in the Eighth Judicial District Court. Upon graduation Elva received a Dean’s Award and Pro-Bono Honors Award.
Prior to joining Kaempfer Crowell, Elva worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Cristina D. Silva and then for the Honorable Tierra Jones in the Eighth Judicial District Court.
