Practice Highlights:
Amber Konakis is an associate attorney and member of the Transactional Law Team, focusing her practice in the areas of real property and business law, including drafting and negotiating commercial and residential purchase and sale and lease agreements, business and asset acquisitions, loans and financial contracts, title analysis, and other real property matters including water rights and mining. Amber also has experience in estate planning and licensing and regulation.
Amber is a Native Nevadan and grew up in Elko, Nevada, before attending Utah State University where she earned her B.S. is Psychology and dual-minors in Sociology and Family, Child and Human Development. After graduating from USU, Amber left the Aggies to become a Sooner, earning her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During her time at OU, Amber was a triple-Amjur and graduated with honors. Amber then began her legal career in Elko, Nevada, where she practiced before transitioning to Reno in 2025.
Community:
Amber is active in the community and provides pro-bono legal services. She is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, Elko County Bar Association, and Nevada Bar Association (Young Lawyers Section, Business Law Section, and Real Property Section).
